Accountability Helps You Reach Your Goals FASTER!

When you are a small business owner, entrepreneur or leader, you may not have anyone you can share your goals with that will understand your journey and who won't judge you in the process.

A common reason many small businesses fail to reach their goals is because they don't have someone to check in with them - to help hold them accountable to do what they say they'll do.

Having an Accountability Coach or Partner is like having a right-hand supporter who will stand by your side through your ups and downs in your business and work with you to achieve your goals.

What Is Accountability?

It's having someone in your corner cheering you on and encouraging you to reach your goals.

It's having someone who questions your excuses and helps you discover the underlying cause of your self-sabotage behaviours.

It's having someone to keep you focused and steer you away from bright shiny objects that distract you.

It's someone who believes in you and who keeps believing in you when your belief is fading and who will remind you that you are worthy of your goals.

Accountability Coaching is perfect for anyone who:

How Does It Work?

We start with an Initial Planning Session to determine the goal you want to achieve and time-frame in which you want to achieve that goal.

Then each week, at a time you commit to, you'll get on the phone with me for a 25 minute call.  During that call we'll go through three important things...

Celebrate Your Wins

We review your action plan from the previous week and celebrate your wins and successes.

Get Back On Track

We discuss any challenges or issues that may have derailed you and provide support, encouragement  and strategy to get you back on track.

Set Your Next Targets

You set your goals and action steps for the next week and we record them for progress tracking.

I'll Be There To Support You!

I'll cheer you on, ask the right questions, help you organise your thoughts, take detailed notes on each session, help break down your goals into realistic action steps and track your results and progress.

You finish the call with your week's game-plan set so you can go into the week with incredible clarity and focus!

When I decided to step up and have a more 'hands-on' role in the two IT businesses my husband and I run, I doubted my level of understanding of IT that was needed. My Navigation Partner!

Last year I embarked on a life long goal of owning my own business. With that came an overwhelming process of getting the basics sorted from accounting, website creation, social platform set ups and a list as long as my arm.

Accountability Packages

Depending on your needs, there are three different Accountability packages available.  Most people start with the Pronto Package to test out what having an Accountability Coach is really like and then end up doing either the Focus or Transform package because they love the fact that they just get more done when they have those weekly check in calls.

Please note that each package has only a few spaces as there is a limit to how many clients I can work with at any one time.
