Email Marketing

I use AWeber to manage my email list and send email communications.

If you subscribe to my email list, your name, email address and related subscription information may be stored and processed by AWeber.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent me from contacting you where necessary in relation to a service you have purchased, an appointment you have booked or another existing business relationship.

Appointments and Online Forms

I currently use third-party services including Calendly for appointment scheduling and Wufoo for online forms and enquiries.

When you use these services, the information you provide is also handled by the relevant service provider in accordance with its own privacy practices and terms.

Please avoid providing sensitive personal information through online forms unless it is genuinely necessary for the purpose of your enquiry or our work together.

Payments

Payments for services may be processed securely through Stripe.

When you make a payment, Stripe processes the payment information required to complete the transaction. I do not need to receive or store your complete credit or debit card details.

Stripe handles payment information in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

I may retain transaction information required for accounting, taxation, administration and legal purposes.

Third-Party Service Providers

To operate my business and website, I may use trusted third-party service providers to perform functions such as:

• appointment scheduling

These currently include services such as AWeber, Stripe, Calendly, Wufoo, Google Workspace and Cloudflare.
